I’m working on the Micro.blog app tomorrow. Any requests beyond timeline syncing and image caching?
@vincent category and cross posting choosing - including for drafts, alt text choosing (maybe thats a thing already),
@willwade Alt text is in there already, just tap on the image in the editor when creating a new post. You can select categories using the gear icon below the character count. I need to work on "drafts", thanks for reminding me. It's also not possible to add a new category yet either.

@vincent while I would love just a text box and an post button, imagine iOS doesnt allow that…so something akin to what Drafts does (post text shortcut, photo would be great.
- Alt text on images shared from Photos.app via the Share sheet.
- Possibility to share directly from a screenshot taken on the iPhone
- Scheduling in the app.
- Deep linking directly to the post from Notifications
These are the ones I remember off the top of my head.

@vincent @maique @otaviocc thanks! At least make it follow system preferences (it would be the best option, so everyone can configure in one place how text look on their devices) or add something in the settings for people to choose. I side with option one. 😉
@otaviocc @pcora @maique On iOS, per-app text size can be changed by navigating to Settings → Accessibility → Per-App Settings and tapping Add App to add Micro.blog. Then, tap Micro.blog followed by Larger Text.
@vincent I know syncing is hard, I don't even want that, I just want the app to stay on the same post when launching after several hours, and let me continue reading where I left off.
