As with many good things, corporate types have taken some ideas from agile software development and made them into strict laws and processes devoid of humanity and organic change; Agile (tm). Organic little-a agile, is about team work, communication, and rolling with the unpredictable change of human systems. Corporate Agile (tm) is about following a process, monitoring everyone’s activities, with the goal of extracting value from everyone’s labor as quickly as possible with as little risk as possible.
