Time to share the knowledge and personal experience (aka mistakes). The picture is a bridge. We moved last year and had huge water problems. The bridge is a reminder I still have to build the 5 ft retaining walls around the 4 ft pipe we installed under the driveway. Lastly, I am in the USA. This is important because our mortgages are not like those in AU, for example. Our banks do not allow year long overdraft like in the UK, as another example.
