@christopherchelpka So, there’s a way of developing software, agile, that’s very flexible and friendly to the humanity of everyone involved. As with many good things, corporate types have taken some ideas from agile software development and made them into strict laws and processes devoid of humanity and organic change; Agile (tm). Organic little-a agile, is about team work, communication, and rolling with the unpredictable change of human systems. Corporate Agile (tm) is about following a process, monitoring everyone’s activities, with the goal of extracting value from everyone’s labor as quickly as possible with as little risk as possible.
