@bensmithuk You are! And the good kind, influencing me with things that are not totally out of reach 🤣
@jean love my wristwatch but my Apple Watch makes it difficult to find time to wear it. I wish it was socially acceptable to wear two watches.
@jean I'm late! No doubt because I wasn't wearing my trusty men's Timex wristwatch!! I can see it without my glasses, but only if I actually put it on....
@jean count me in. I only have two -- a "daily driver" Timex Ironman and a Tag Heuer Carrera Calibre 5, which I love dearly and don't wear all that often.
@annahavron I love Timex. But I also love my Apple Watch for all the useful things it does for me. (Like finding my iPhone.)
@jean Like all tools, I bought the cheapest analogue Casio wristwatch I could find, telling myself that when it broke I would upgrade, and when the upgrade broke I would upgrade again and so on. That’s why I’ve had a £2.99 plastic watch for over a decade 🙄⏰
@jean Yes! The vibrating alarm (so not to wake anyone else) and pinging my phone are my most valued features!
@jean Wristwatch enthusiast here! One of these days I'll post some nice shots of my collection. I do love my Apple watch though!
@bensmithuk a NASA watch would be cool to see! The closest I have is a Concorde replica watch, which is I guess is almost space level…
@jean very fond of wristwatches, although mine are not particularly desirable as collectables...
