Playing with Google Bard. Impressed that it has much more recent data than ChatGPT. It knew about something that happened just a few days ago.

@manton I was trying to get access, but it’s not available in the EU.

@manton Asked Google Bard about Jerry Springer's death that happened 2 weeks ago and it didn't know anything about it.

@manton I find it more prone to hallucination than ChatGPT though.

@manton We can’t access Bard but am interested to hear a comparison between Bard and Bing. I’m pretty impressed with Bing chat on creative mode and am using it much more than Google search at the moment.

@manton I’ve also been playing with it in Google Cloud (Palm2/Bison - it wasn’t clear to me if Bard was updated to the new model yet?)

It’s really good, but does not take orders for specific things like GPT 3.5/4.
