@simonwoods I think I understood you now. Are you familiar with Shortcuts? You have to assemble them yourself. I put links to premade Shortcuts in my blog post if you need examples.
@simonwoods or you can make new Shortcuts. Humboldt supplies 3 actions that you can mix with other Shortcut actions. You could for example, make a Shortcut that posts what you are currently listening to in Music.app. It just takes a little work.

@jeroensangers Thanks! Lately I've been thinking that we should try to keep the official apps a little more streamlined, and let third-party apps or other companion apps do some of the heavy lifting... But I go back and forth on this.
@manton I think that would be the right strategy. The issue is of course deciding on what are the basic features for the official app and which features are considered ‘advance’ and should preferably be implemented in third-party apps.
@vincode This is the exact shortcut I want to build on my staycation - a "Now Playing" post that includes album artwork and a link to the song on Apple Music. I'm a total newbie non-programmer but am obsessed with shortcuts.
@UndamnedOne it should be possible to build that shortcut using Humboldt. Please share it when you get it done.
@vincode I feel like a cook taking a little bit of this recipe and a little bit of that recipe to come up with a brand new soufflé. Hopefully it won’t fall like my last soufflé. I mean I’d still eat it, but it wouldn’t be as pretty. (Also, I’ve never made a soufflé.)
