DUTCH PANCAKES
10” SKILLET
1/4 CUP BUTTER
Melt butter in skillet at 400° oven
3 EGG blend for one minute on high-speed, Add 3/4 cup milk.
SLOWLY ADD 3/4 CUP FLOUR AND BEAT FOR 30 SEC.
POUR OVER MELTED BUTTER IN SKILLET AND BAKE 20 TO 25 MINUTES.
WHEN DONE SPRINKLE POWDERED SUGAR OVER AND SQUIRT LEMON JUICE ON
