@jean There’s a good chance I’ll get Claire’s 12.9 Pro when she upgrades, and a thing I love about that is how it’ll be great for me even though it will be at least 4 years-old. I know Macs have great longevity (still using the 10-year old MBP that I received as a gift) but there’s something about the iPad being such a good tablet along with the flexibility as a great writing laptop… it’s just special.
@jean I remember buying the iPad as soon as available in my country. I already tried the msi wind netbook, and knew why Apple wanted to improve on the concept of netbooks. I also remember artists disapproving, claiming it was “just a toy.” How right Apple was!
@mbkriegh I feel like I should call the cops and report a murder.
@cliffordbeshers I swear I had nothing to do with it!
@mbkriegh Sure, sure. Tell that to the fuzz.
@Pilchuck I named mine with Italian ordinal numbers. Currently I use Nono, the iPad Pro 12” which replaced Otto the 10.5”, plus my bambino Sesto the iPad mini, which lives on my nightstand.
I think Setto was my first iPad Pro.
