Does anyone know of an inbox app? A universal Quick Capture, where I can shove anything throughout the day. Links to read, ideas, tasks, basically anything, then at the end of the day process the inbox and send things where they need to go.

@philbowell was just downloading it 😂
@philbowell LOL. People definitely use it that way, and I'm attempting to do so. I think it will work well alongside analogue task-keeping.
@philbowell drafts as you have already identified … and then make sure you get your head around actions
@philbowell Another vote for Drafts. This is exactly how I use it, as well as for, um, drafting. (End of the day processing optional. 🤣)
@philbowell @Munish I am still using Drafts, and I am experimenting with Tot and using the share sheet and self-written Siri Shortcuts to move the text on to other apps. Whether I will stick with this setup I don't know, but I am enjoying it.
@philbowell I am in a way, specifically to grab quick notes from my Apple Watch and iPhone. I am also using Ulysses and DayOne for writing too.
@crossingthethreshold Tot is nice. I have used it on the Mac. Not sure I can justify another text editor
@Munish If I do stick with Tot (and Shortcuts), it will replace Drafts. Otherwise, I'll stick with Drafts - this is in part motivated by subscriptions.
@crossingthethreshold I can understand that one. The interesting thing is Drafts and Tot are two different types of apps. Both do text in a different way. Drafts so capable and can be overwhelming. The subscription model these days on all apps can be a pain.
@Munish They are different, and I find similarities if I bring in Shortcuts. See Shortcuts as the Actions in Drafts. I have set up a couple of Shortcuts to accomplish the same thing with text in Tot as I have Actions in Drafts. This is the first time that I have really delved into Shortcuts. Whether I can accomplish everything that I want or like the interface, time will tell.
