@monday I make a pizza every week, usually on Friday night. We’ve had pizza bricks for the oven for over 40 years. We are vegetarian, so most common toppings include mushrooms, Kalamata olives, onion, garlic, fresh cherry tomatoes (after baking) and either green peppers or artichoke hearts. We’ve done others, like a 3 mushroom. And, yes, pineapple is fine on pizza. Whatever it is goes on tomato sauce with mozzarella.
In the past, we used three cheeses for awhile, and we did used to eat ham or pepperoni. A favorite then was mushroom, ham and fresh cherry tomatoes (after baking). Seattle also has a great local pizza chain in Pagliacci’s.
