My decoupling from Twitter continues, with all of the 9K+ tweets now available on micro.blog. What use they could possibly have, I will leave as an exercise to the reader.
@miljko That is nice! How did you do it? I imagine that maybe 5-10% of my tweets could be useful and will be great to have easy access like this.
@Parag It's all thanks to @manton, who wrote about it a while back! You can request the archive from Twitter (Settings/Your Account/Download Archive…) and upload the zip file to micro.blog (under Posts → … → Import). It doesn't update automatically, but for me that's a feature (it's a disincentive from tweeting).
The next step is to figure out how to use MarsEdit to cull the excess (mostly inane replies).
