In case you’re still waiting, the IRS portal now has a payment date for when you’ll receive your ‘stimulus’ check (if direct deposit).

@gpittman I would've guessed that it's not yet perfect for everyone. I just checked for my wife too but since we file jointly, the payment date is the same.

@pratik Thanks. I have a date now. I don’t know why Direct Deposit wasn’t used, and I’m disappointed I have to get a paper check with an unnecessary vanity signature on it. 🤦‍♀️

@JMaxB I did file online and have paid and received refunds via direct bank transactions, so that’s why I was surprised.

@macgenie Didn't you enter in your bank info last time? I really did not want a paper check just for that reason.
