Haven’t been able to finish any books lately. Probably way behind where I was for reading goals last year. Not sure if I’m working too much or just no books are quite the right fit. 📚

@manton I’m in the same boat. I’ve got too many balls in the air I think and it’s a bummer that I’ve dropped the book ball lately.

@manton I've been like that for a while. Nothing seems to take my fancy for reading. Be lucky if I've read more than 10 books over the last few years. Not like me at all.

@manton Perhaps something like the Monk and Robot series by Becky Chambers would capture your interest better?

@GeekAndDad I actually just picked up a copy of A Psalm for the Wild-Built last week! I want to finish a couple other books first, but it does look like what I need. Not too long especially so I can get some momentum again.

@manton I'm not a fan of "read X many books per year" reading goals. My goal is more like "try to read a few pages from books every day."

Some days I miss and then I just try to do better the next day.

And I went through a period of several years where I read so few books that I had to re-learn how to read books (as opposed to news and magazine articles and social media posts).
