@JohnBrady I had a similar experience with BH Photo. Did an online order on Friday evening and got a message saying the store was closed, but I could submit the order Saturday after Sabbath was over!

@ablerism I like it very well. V3 looks like definitely more than I want, though the camera is tempting. But from the camera it's an easy slide into the horror of QR codes and so on. And I've gotten very attached to V2's e-ink display.

@dwalbert Resolution: after we agreed that the port was dead, they offered me a discounted "like new" replacement phone with a 1-year warranty. It's on the way. I'm also more aware of charger ports as vulnerable spots, and ordered some silicone plugs to keep gook out of them.
