@manton is there anything I can do to make my site publish faster, without errors? I feel like after 9 years of standard plumbing it’s all starting to creak a little bit. Maybe I should be upgrading to a later version of Hugo, but then my site design will break? Or maybe I need to disable a plugin or two?
@kaa I don’t recommend upgrading Hugo yet, too many things can break. Let me look at your blog and plug-ins and see if anything stands out.

@JohnPhilpin @kaa 15 minutes is way too long. Should be less than 30 seconds most of the time. Publishing has gotten quite complicated, unfortunately. I’ll see what I can do.
@manton i am running with a live example right now - a published post that I am tweaking. I even add in ‘odd’ words at the beginning so i can quickly tell if the change has kicked in or not.
