Recorded a new video to release tomorrow, with a walkthrough of what is possible with photos and AI. Just a first step, nothing earth-shattering you haven’t seen before, but I really like how it’s coming together in Micro.blog. Our robot overlords made me post this. 🤖
@manton since when our uploaded images are getting automatically generated description with AI? I'm not against it, I'm just curious!
@numericcitizen The first hint was last week so probably around that time. Unless @manton, drone that he is, has been implementing AI features from the beginning.
@numericcitizen @SimonWoods Yes, around last week I started partially enabling this if you had the AI setting enabled. More details tomorrow!

@manton assuming I can turn this off. As don’t want to burn CPU/ GPUs for this functionality at this time. I am poor at writing alt text and should totally get better at this. Which is why I would like an option to turn on being auto prompted when attaching an image in sunlit or MB apps too to write alt text
