I’m liking Sunlit 4.0 as a Swarm replacement so far. It’s much faster to add a quick check-in to my locations blog. One thing missing is keeping track of places you were probably visiting while the app is in the background.

@manton Any chance Sunlit will come to Android?

@mlm361 There’s a chance. It’s our only iOS-only app, and ideally it would be both iOS and Android like everything else. Thinking about when and how best to do that.

@bryan Interesting idea. As long as you take photos everywhere you go!

@manton I admit I haven’t looked at Sunlit at all as I thought it was mainly for photos and as a blind guy, well, that’s just not my thing. Really would love a Swarm replacement though. Wondering if I should try it, specifically for checkins.

@manton Giving this a few seconds more thought, I’m wondering if you might consider adding checkin functionality to the MB app? This way, the feature would be cross-platform. Checkins could be one of those features that people could use or ignore as they see fit.

@SteveSawczyn Check-ins are brand new for Sunlit, but I think they fit with photos. Both are often about visiting new places. Maybe we’ll add location to the main app too, though. I’m just always worried about it getting too cluttered.
