Greek-speaking friends: Would οὔπω ὁλοτελεῖς (oupó holoteleis) work for “not yet complete/whole”?

@kaa I'm trying to find a less harsh term than “defekte Kirche” for churches that lack the historic episcopacy. Something showing a not yet complete/whole/perfect is what I'm going for. Trying to work from ὁλοτελής and the idea of Christian perfection.
