@kaa love the and that I made a direct contribution to. I close my daily journal with a gratitud/appreciation bullet, but I like the contribution element.

@roberto yeah that was the thing that clicked for this whole thing. Apparently it takes 6-8 weeks to reprogramme the brain but you know what I absolutely want to try this out and see how my mood is :)
