I loved Gowalla (2007). Facebook killed it and deleted / stole all the checkins, lost forever, Moved to Foursquare (2012) and started again then to Swarm (which carried checkins over same company) Gowalla came back died again, didn’t stop using Swarm so that’s ok but

@adamprocter We actually have a Foursquare/Swarm import already! Unfortunately, exporting my account no longer works over there, so I can't even test that it still works.

@manton oh yeah I forgot - I didn’t import it as I wasn’t sure how to make it private or selective views only - as that I have kept to limited viewership

@jospehaleo are they in swarm? I still used FourSquare (even last week in Bergen) to recommend places in a city as it was often way more intresting than what Google etc turned up for obvious hand curated reasons so I am still sad it’s gone
