@manton excellent. Just updated everything for my Now page (which used to be /categories/now, using a template that says if the page is the now page show only the most recent post) to /now. I also included a redirect from the old URL.

@manton Ok, this is a super nice update, thanks Manton. Would this have any impact on the per-category RSS feeds, or is there any change that would be required in the config?

@starrwulfe In theory yes, but for some reason single emojis don’t appear to work. I need to do some more testing.

@pimoore No change should be needed that I’m aware of. Lemme know if the category feeds break in any way.

@manton i do have a question about the rss feed for categories. i tried linking one to my linked in but it doesnt seem to work? Are there separate Rss feeds and if so, what is the slug?

@manton This is really nice, thanks Manton! 😊 Also makes it possible now to use the translated version of the categories url, if I end up making a separate micro.blog in Finnish. Bit on the fence about that still though, as I worry it might be too much of a hassle to juggle between two blogs (keeping one up to date is hard enough tbh) 😄 But the more flexibility, the better 👏
