@pimoore so this is the simple steeper from Muji, leaves are all in there for around 5 min and then get poured into 1 cup.

@pimoore The easiest way to start is with a tea-ball, which is like a metal tea-bag (but ball-shaped).

@pimoore @kaa @Archimage do it. Super simple and you won't look back. I mostly use a small infuser that sits in a mug, tea in, water over the top, steep, pull infuser out, good to go.

@pimoore Look up Upton Tea Imports. Good loose leaf tea, useful, instructive catalog. I use a wire mesh basket infuser to make a mug of tea, and I have a tea pot (from Upton) that comes with a basket infuser. Making good tea is simple.
