Micro.blog shortens my texts to 40 characters and then you need to click and show my website to read the rest. Is that expected behaviour?

@jeena The truncation behaviour here is very odd indeed. If I have a photo post with a #hashtag on my Known site, the image itself never gets through. @eli made a wiki, but I don't think the rules are explained anywhere. If they even exist.

@jeremycherfas @jeena There's a help page here that explains the rules. Let me know if you're seeing anything odd that isn't documented there.

@manton OwnYourGram puts the word “Array" in the text when there's a hashtag (or maybe WithKnown is doing that) and it results in the photo not being displayed. So it follows the rules OK. I just don't fully understand that particular rule, I guess.

I wonder what will happen if I go back and delete that word …

@manton Interesting; you can't actually delete the word from Known's photo page. I’ll take this up with WithKnown.

@jeremycherfas do you have access to server logs? Known might be complaining about array from the Image plug–in…

@cn I do have access, yes. But life is short, and if a photo doesn't make it to here because I used a hashtag, well, so be it. For now.

@jeremycherfas curing displaying “Array” in Known posts would at least be worthwhile?

@cn Yes, it would. I’ll get to it, eventually.

@jeremycherfas Good to know about Known. We should try to document some of those edge cases. As for why... I'm open to evolving the rules, but generally I think "just leave the title blank" is the simplest way to get started.

@manton I do think the error lies with Known not expecting an array from OYG. Will investigate further, but no time now.
