@V_ It's more like banana bread. The recipe is [here](https://www.almanac.com/recipe/rhubarb-bread). If you decide to try it, you'll likely need to bake it longer than it says. Also, the cinnamon sugar crust they have you put on top might be a bit much. If I do it again, I will cut it by half.

@V_ Looks good! I tried to make rhubarb bread a few days ago and it didn’t cook all the way through. The cooked parts were good though. 😄
