@jabel that sounds interesting, is it just a regular bread dough with rhubarb added? Or would it be more like banana bread?

@V_ It’s more like banana bread. The recipe is here. If you decide to try it, you’ll likely need to bake it longer than it says. Also, the cinnamon sugar crust they have you put on top might be a bit much. If I do it again, I will cut it by half.
