One thing I miss on MB, the choice to reply all in a conversation.

@ndreas Agreed, reply all would be nice @help

@ndreas The app could automatically put all the usernames in the conversation in the reply - if you tapped on “Reply all” maybe? @help Maybe a “Exclude me from this conversation” would be necessary then? 🤔

@ndreas @maique @agilelisa @pimoore @odd Replying all here manually… 😉 We experimented with a reply-all in Sunlit and I really like the UI we came up with. I think it makes sense to add it most places in Micro.blog.

@pimoore @help Perhaps a feedback forum like Glass and Letterboxd where you can upvote a suggestion. @manton can, of course, mark any suggestion as Not Planned so people don’t have to ask for it repeatedly.

@pratik @pimoore To be honest I find databases of feature requests less helpful than they seem. We’re always hearing about what people want, and there is so much we could do, it works better to prioritize what repeatedly comes in, which could be from a variety of different places.

@pratik @help That’s a good idea.

@help I get that but for users, they can sometimes add their voice to a request that they don’t feel comfortable voicing thinking they are the only ones who want that.

@maique @SimonWoods @pimoore @pratik @help @agilelisa @odd Did this reply all in a Sunlit by the way. The same possibility for micro blog app would be great I think.

@help I think it’s better to plan features Manton want, rather than what a “committee” of dedicated users want*, but then again, it’s discouraging to voice ones opinion, (maybe several times), for things one feel strongly about, only for it to never happen.

*) I think one can lose the direction in a sea of features.

@ndreas agreed. this is one of the reasons that my regular interaction on Micro.blog is somewhat limited because there is friction to reply all. I might post something, 10 lovely people reply and I just want to say thanks and maybe comment on a bunch of threads in one go….i have to go grab user names individually and then formulate a response….so I usually dont…which is bad.
