If not, is there a Twitter client that allows you to cut Twitter’s feature set to the following?

@bjhess Drafts has a “tweet” action, to send your text to Twitter. If you find something that has the other requirements you are seeking, I would love to hear about it.
@jean Failing an app, one thought I had was:
- Make a micro.blog twitter category
- Place any micro posts that I want to send to Twitter in this twitter category
- Grab the twitter category's RSS URL
- Add the "twitter RSS URL" to micro.blog's Account > Feeds section
- Set the twitter feed to cross-post to Twitter
- Hope this doesn't lead to duplicate micro.blog posts for the posts to which I assign the twitter category
@bjhess @jean It almost works but there is a limitation in Micro.blog (which we'd like to fix) where the same post can't be included in multiple feeds under Account → Edit Feeds, otherwise cross-posting doesn't work consistently. So right now you would need to have 2 feeds on your account: 1 with just tweets, and 1 with everything except tweets. A few people have tried this and it ends up being a lot of trouble.
