@kaa I am always interested in what Gimlet media has to tell. The shows there are some of the most well-produced ones – a great showcase for podcast as a medium. One main reason is none are typical tech-voices-blabbering-for-hours.
@kaa They are trend setters in many ways for sure. My thought was I couldn't both because I haven't yet commissioned artwork plus people wouldn't know what the (unknown) shows were without a 1-line description. Curious if you feel that's not necessarily true?
@hjertnes Yeah, I guess it goes back to one’s liking. I like the format and their presentation. A good escape from routine.
@hjertnes can see that happening with some shows, I typically do not listen to all. But I find it better than every tech story getting discussed by every voice related to tech out there. Same points, over and over again.
@kaa I continue to selectively listen to the tech podcasts. Based on who I want to hear from. I still have them subscribed to.
@amit I used to listen to a lot of different podcasts, tech and otherwise. If it was okay or better I'd listen. Recently I removed everything I don't consider great.

@amit This is kind of the reason I stopped doing Micro Monday. I don't want to tell people to follow what almost everyone already are following.
@Chirag So I think that well conceived art with a good name should tell you roughly what you're getting yourself in for - show it don't tell it. Also not sure, but all the images on your network seem to be...disabled?
@kaa Right, has a quick scare and realized my host is doing a pretty big upgrade so may need it to level out (and why links/images don’t seem to be up). Think I’ll just have to message again once it’s done, sorry about that.
