@hjertnes @stefp It's just corporate language for people who use social media as a big part of their selling strategy. Also FWIW insulting people because they do things differently than you doesn't make you insightful, clever, or interesting; you just come off as bitter and closed-minded.

@simonwoods I wasn’t trying to do that, but I wasn’t trying to not do it either. And it should be no surprise to anyone that I view social media and the stuff surrounding it as something that makes the world worse one day at a time

@hjertnes Eh, I that's a complicated issue and I'm pretty sure we'd agree on a lot. In this case I don't think there's any need to denigrate people who are just trying to make a living in their own way. The people who run social media? Sure, fire away.
