Holiday challenge Rowing workout #9: 8120 m Total: 56549 m
@Parag your heart rate is what amazes me. My HR shoots up on rowing machine like no other equipment. I dont think my HR raises as much when running/biking/jacobs ladder etc as much as a rowing machine does, and partly why i hate it so much (but also want to get better at it).
@stupendousman One suggestion… check out some video tutorials for the correct rowing form and stroke. I struggled with it in the beginning but learning the right technique made it much more enjoyable.
