Finally got my R1. The hype has worn off, so not sure it has a place in my life for regular use. Nice little device, though, and very orange.

@manton Does it have any practical uses to you?

@geekosupremo Mostly just a fun gadget. The most practical uses are as a quick way to ask questions and maybe to identify things around you.

@manton be great to hear your thoughts at some point had mine for a few weeks. Connected to midjourney for one month and it had some good updates to software the other week. Translation was good. Just waiting really for the actions mode but not found a good daily use. Haven’t had a chance to use it for coding yet which I want to try but not sure I can talk code problems to it.

@manton mine arrived today. Slightly annoyed in the 0% battery charge. Love the colour and quality of the product.

@mingo I do think the MagicLink inspired the Sony Vaio UX ( which I really wanted).

@Munish If they can finish their vision for the R1, you would be able to train it how to post to your blog, or maybe we could do that for everyone. Still too early for that, I think.

@manton I see what you mean. We could lead the way, but not sure how many users you will have. You keeping yours or sending it back ?
