Added a new backup feature to Micro.blog for Mac. I think it’ll help folks who don’t routinely backup their blog. Once a week it automatically downloads all posts, photos, and other uploads to a .bar file. On by default and keeps the last 5 backups.
@bobfa Videos is a missing piece right now, it will backup older videos but the new streaming videos (starting last year) will currently be missed because they are stored differently. I want to fix that, but need to think about the much larger file size. Might be a separate option.
@manton Good to know but most likely not a problem. I am just getting started with a learning experience and instead of posting on YouTube I plan on putting them here.

@tg It’s a new format I invented with help from IndieWeb folks as a container for blog posts. Basically just a ZIP file with HTML, JSON, etc. I’d love to see more people support it!
