@aa It’s a little like cutting out added sugar temporarily. When you resume your consumption, you find that everything has way too much sugar added. And you cut it out permanently. 🍬😣

@jean the sugar thing in the US is interesting ... take close look at pretty much anything you buy in the US - it seems to be close to impossible to buy products without sugar.

@aa I recently asked a newsaholic friend to tell me the most important news stories from 3 weeks ago. They couldn't, so I simply replied, "Would it be wise for me to spend an hour or more reading it each day, when I won't remember any of it in three weeks?"
