🖋New pen day! This is the Gravitas Pocket Pen in copper, with a 1.1 stub nib (my first stub). Just gorgeous. Lovely birthday present from my brother and sister-in-law.

@bsag Very nice! A pocket pen may be the next FP I pick up, instead of using my Staedtler Pigment Liner.
@pimoore check out www.schondsgn.com pretty much all they make. Not eyedropperable. Also Kaweco is a go to.
@pimoore The photo really doesn’t do it justice. I’ve got a Kaweco (plastic body) and this is in another league.
@agilelisa Thank you! It feels even better than it looks and I am having great fun with the stub nib.
@bsag That looks stunning, and having just returned from their website, I'll be waiting for your full report.
@jeremycherfas @agilelisa @pimoore @bsag @Archimage Gorgeous! I’ve got a brass Kaweco that I love, but that copper is temping in a whole ‘nother way…
@jessekelber one thing I will say is you’ve got to not mind the smell of copper as it isn’t lacquered or coated at all. I quite like it.
@bsag Ooohh, I hadn’t thought about that yet, thanks. I am extremely sensitive to smells, among other things, so that’s a pretty important aspect to know. I’m not even sure I know what copper smells like…
@jessekelber If you’ve handled copper coins, it’s that kind of smell. However they have brass and stainless steel pens too, so those wouldn’t have any smell I don’t think.
@bsag The Gravitas Pocket is such a great pen. I bought the stainless steel version recently and have kept it in rotation ever since.
@KevinEagan It’s great isn’t it? I think they are a very fair price for the quality and materials too.
@bsag Agree. I also have one of the Gravitas polycarbonate models that just came out. Worth checking out.
