Filter posts into categories: manton.org

@manton Niiiiiice. 😎 This is perfect for some updates I'm working on for TIL. Yet again, brilliant work. 🙌🏻

@manton This is nice !! Question as the example for photos, it will be everything tagged as an image, even screenshots, correct? Or thismay allow us to filter that in some way? I feel like I'm either overthinking or I should think abut this a little bit more. appologies :D

@Gabz Yes, currently screenshots too, but I want to solve that later... There should probably be an option to check whether it's a PNG or JPEG and the "photos" filter should default to JPEGs only.

@jeannie @simonwoods Thanks! Glad y'all like it.

@manton I see! Good to know. Also if I create a filter that say it has a camera 📷 emoji to go to photography but I past the picture from Sunlit. Micro.blog should be able to filter it accordingly?

@Gabz Yes, it doesn't matter which app you use to post.

@manton sweet thank you, this made my week!

@manton Very nice - thank you!

@manton That’s actually a really, really useful feature. Simplifying the controls of 1000s of posts is awesome.

@manton I wish it were that easy in WordPress ;-) That’s another fine feather in your Micro.blog cap and a very powerful feature that should help the hosting continue to stand out.

@manton Unrelated: When did you added pagination ? :D just happened to notice.

@Gabz I'm halfway through rolling out new pagination changes and let the Marfa changes get released early. As soon as everything is done and I'll post an announcement (it's going to be an option).

@manton Sweet Christmas! 😁
