đ just saw a fawn running and play-bowing like it was a puppy! (It was to the edge of the pond where there were some geese).
@toddgrotenhuis Thereâs nothing quite like seeing a deer at play, especially the young ones! But where are you that youâre seeing a fawn so early? Or is it one born last spring?
@Denny Iâm in central Indiana. Maybe âfawnâ is not technically accurate, but it was one of the small deer, not full size. Maybe itâs a âyearlingâ?
@toddgrotenhuis Now that I think about it, perhaps they should keep their fawn status up till the time that the current yearâs fawns are born. Then they graduate to yearling? Ignore my previous comment. đ
