If I buy something then get bombarded by pleading messages for positive online reviews then I’m unlikely to ever use (or trust) that company again. If someone has to beg for positive online reviews, that’s because they know they do not deserve them.
@billbennettnz this is partly Google’s fault and the way they more or less completely control what is published, including reviews, on business profiles on Google.
@wfm This is true, but it’s not my problem. I just want these people to leave me alone… they have my money, they can’t have my soul.
