Cherry Jun Kombucha! Freshly bottled. I’ll make a longer blog post updating the process but I just wanted to share this photo. It’s the first time I’ve ever made kombucha.

Four bottles of cherry jun kombucha, ranging from bright red to darker red (due to the level of sunlight behind them).

@otak Yes! Green tea instead of black, and using wild honey instead of sugar. I've never tried Jun from store-bought kombucha places except a recent sip from a friend's bottle, and that was delicious. I hope mine is good! :)
