@tkoola The passion is not the problem. Burnout points to a failing in the job role and the way a business is run. Take away the pressure, exploitation and burden and there will be no burnout.

@tkoola You raise a good point Timo. Employers should recognise people who are driven by passion in their work and ensure they don't take advantage of the extra commitment shown. Passionate workers are valuable - they should be trusted to drive things but also nurtured and given support so they aren't overburdened.
