Working on another redesign to the Micro.blog home page, off and on the last few weeks, and I’m at the point where I’m giddy with excitement waiting to share it. It has been so much fun.
@manton Looking forward to it! On a side note, have you ever considered offering a tier on MB featuring nothing but the blogging platform? Sometimes I find the timeline a distraction, which makes platforms like Bear Blog or Pika tempting. Maybe a re-boot of Micro.one as a naked blogging platform? $30 annual with an upgrade for a custom domain? Just a thought.
@therivertao I don’t know. Micro.blog is already the same price or cheaper than Bear and Pika. Maybe there should be a way to hide the non-blogging stuff.
@manton An opt-in/opt-out to the timeline, or a way to hide it, would be fine. I’ve no issue with current pricing; it’s fair, and you get a lot of value for the money. When I look at other options, though, they seem visibly cleaner and less cluttered, much more minimal. I think that’s what I’m looking for.
