@stickmandiaries I missed old Montalbano on tv but would love to see his backstory. I do enjoy young Morse, and even young Jane Tennison, though they canceled that after one series.

@stickmandiaries @jean Lewis is one of my favorites. For foreign language series I recommend Maigret starring Bruno Cramer, Montalbano, The Undertaker, Murder by the Lake.
