@stickmandiaries That was a great series. I hesitated in watching it after seeing the original series, but they did a great job.

@bradenslen yes, I think I almost enjoy it more than original, but it’s a close one for me..

@stickmandiaries I missed old Montalbano on tv but would love to see his backstory. I do enjoy young Morse, and even young Jane Tennison, though they canceled that after one series.

@jean British murder mysteries. Yes, please. Same for Nordic shows.

@jean yes, endeavour also on my dessert island tv shows. You might enjoy Lewis, follow on from Morse.

@stickmandiaries @jean Lewis is one of my favorites. For foreign language series I recommend Maigret starring Bruno Cramer, Montalbano, The Undertaker, Murder by the Lake. All episodes are available on Mhz Choice which is worth it just for Maigret and the various Montalbanos. Here is the Mhz blog: mhzchoiceblog.com

@cn ahhhh nooo, it’s a radio show that’s been going for decades and you pick 8 records although they still say disks.. and there aren’t really any disks anymore.... but you get the drift..
