I'd say you can not post with Dialog (yet), only reply, as far as I understand.

@jeena @mikedotfm You're right. But replies are not private in Micro.blog. So when you reply, the followers of either side can see it. So it has the same effect as posting. I can't post a review of how I like Dialog, using Dialog. But if someone else posts anything related, I can reply to that posting with my review. And since a reply doesn't have the 280 limit, I can make my review even longer in my reply, than I could if I had the ability to post. So I've found the inability to post to be a very minor limitation in Dialog.
