I’ve really been enjoying iOS 13, even on my iPhone 6s. I’m really hoping to get an iPhone 11 later this year. I would love an iPhone 11 Pro but can’t justify the higher cost.

@jmreekes Glad to hear it’s going well on the 6S; I’m always a bit wary when something’s the oldest model supported. (My 6S has felt very snappy on iOS 12, so I wouldn’t otherwise expect too much of a drag on 13, but….)

@smokey I’ve had some minor bugs related to iOS 13 but it’s stable and quick

@jmreekes I’m also on a 6S, but this is the year I upgrade. I’m on the Beta and while it’s ok I wouldn’t call it a great experience. Maybe upgrading to the 11 Pro is a major cost, but taken over 5 years, that’s roughly $250/year. That’s how I’m selling it to myself.

@kaa that makes sense. I’m planning on getting the 11 later this year. I would love an 11 Pro or 11 Pro Max but I want a new iPad (my Mini 2 isn’t cutting it),and I could get an iPhone 11 and new 10.2” iPad for the cost of an 11 Pro

@jmreekes yeah that definitely makes more sense. tbh i might need to review my iphone purchase on account of my laptop dying. The replacement will cost me, so might need to spring for a MacBook or Mac Mini
