@petebrown i find this almost every day. when solutions are discussed, it seems that the focus of the conversation moves immediately to which technologies to throw at it. What really should be discussed/defined is the actual problem.
@sergio\_101 Yep, and then throw in that everyone wants a big-bang solution that will show huge, immediate gains.
@petebrown and.. if anyone on the team is younger than 27, they want to rewrite the entire solution in javascript.
