This is a first for us. Inkwell for Android is available now, before the iOS version. Apple has rejected the iOS version for various reasons, including not paying the in-app purchase tax.

@vladcampos Thanks! Yes, you can view Micro.blog conversations but there’s no “reply” button yet. There definitely should be.

@sameoldstory There will be an iOS version. Apple is being very picky, but I think we can work through the issues and get it approved.

@manton Apple rejected @gobbler’s Safari Web Extension because there is no way for them to extract in-app payments from the web app…put another way, they’d only approve the extension if I built a native app with IAP to go with it.

@stuarticus It’s so disappointing that they have such a blatant rent extraction approach to app approval. Sad that leadership can’t see the problem.

@manton Nice, thank you! Any chance you could add a two-pane view in landscape orientation (like the website does if the window is wide enough), or at least a way to swipe from one article to another without having to go back to the list?
