@manton I am glad he managed the peace treaty. I remember when Carter was leaving office and hostages in Iran were not released until after he was out. I always heard that the republicans fixed it so it would look like Reagan’s win.
(But I just did a quick look at Wikipedia and they said Congress found no evidence of that.)

@manton I do consider Biden in the same territory as FDR. It might not have been a massive depression but he did navigate avoiding one coming out of a massively mishandled pandemic.

@manton I agree. But for me his greatest achievements are:
- uniting the world in support of Ukraine
- massive investment in USA's infrastructure
- reviving the very concept of antitrust
