When driving directions in maps lets you know there’s a much slower route available, every once in a while you should take it.
@manton Absolutely agree, just blogged about that recently. Give me the squiggliest route there, or the road that meanders next to a river, or the one that passes by the historic downtown square—even if those routes are slightly longer.
