The xteink firmware isn't terrible but I think I'll install Crosspoint today. And the Calibre plugin.

@cherizilla I think the stock firmware is better since its launch. I couldn’t figure out the KO reader or Calibre plugin so stuck with the stock firmware. Yesterday, the first batch of X4 Pro was delivered in the UK. I got mine and I’m loving it.
@ctt @sylvia I believe Crosspoint works on all the models. Here's the project page: https://crosspointreader.com/
@ctt David - As an update now that I've had mine a few days, I've been keeping it tucked in the front pocket of my purse, or in an inner hoodie pocket. I've been using it (a lot) to read on the bus, on the train, at the park, at the coffeeshop. I use my Kobo at home.
I use the soft case (excellent), usb C adapter, and the magnetic book light. The soft case makes the mag booklight a bit less stick-y, but it's still a very nice setup. The X3 came with a matte screen protector and it's excellent.
@cherizilla Thank you for the update, Cheri. I have bought a USB C adapter with my X3. I was thinking of waiting on other accessories until the device arrived and I figured how I use it, and see how it works.
I was looking at the light and wondered how often I would need it. Do you use yours often? I have no sense yet of how often I’ll need a light.
@ctt Cool beans. I hope you enjoy it! Come to think of it, I've only used the booklight when testing the device out at home in the evenings. When I'm out and about in daylight I haven't needed it, and I don't carry it.
