Traveling to Tallahassee from Portland via Dallas with my dad and stepmom. Both PDX and DFW were a mess for getting wheelchair service. I traveled in 2019 after knee surgery from PDX to Cancun (also on American via DFW); the assistance was outstanding. I suppose it’s another post-pandemic casualty.
